got banned for ghost hack, plese help!!!

I got banned for ghost hack while actually doing nothing and never used hacks (i also helped banning a real hacker like 20 mins before -.-)

Here are the details:

ingame nick: bl4ckp1ll0w
date: 09.02.2009
time: about 19:54 (Italy) (gmt+1 i think)
map: shore
location: on a bunker sniping for a hovercraft
used weapon: scar + sniperscope (normal ammo)
suit mode: cloack
false positive hack detected: ghost hack
